Young children are my passion. I have raised 4 young children. They are fairly normal!! :) I always was looking for other parents to talk to just to reassure myself that I am not losing my sanity as a parent.
In today's world, getting together with other parents can take away precious time with our family. So, I thought we would try a little computer time!!!
I am reading a new book by Drs. Les & Leslie Parrott called THE PARENT YOU WANT TO BE.
It's a great book. We will be doing a parenting seminar later this summer and into fall.
They have a few quotes that I would like to pass on:

Being a Christ like role model is something we as parents strive for. No doubt that some days are better than others.

Don't you just love when your kids say the most amazing (I will let you define amazing!) things!
I was reading scripture the other day and came upon this awesome verse:
"I praise You Father Lord of Heaven & earth. Because you have hidden these things from the wise and revealed them to little children." Mt. 11:24-25

Let me encourage you today to listen to your children. They will say amazing things! You never know when God's still, small voice might come from a dirty, stinky 2 year old!!!
